Five Star Feedback app for iPhone and iPad

NOTE: The Five Star app is currently only available to WWT employees and requires a WWT email address to register.

Five Star is a quick and easy way to request feedback from your peers and track the results. Our goal is to encourage a culture of constant feedback with no hassle, so we’ve created an awesome new platform to support that!

Whether you’re preparing for a performance review or practicing a continuous improvement plan, Five Star makes it easy to solicit feedback from any number of people and share that feedback with others (or keep it to yourself.)

We provide pre-built questionnaires focusing on The PATH and other WWT core values and allow you to create your own custom questionnaires asking for feedback on your latest project, personal goals, or anything else you’re trying to improve on!

Request feedback from anyone in the organization - If they are not yet a member of the Five Star app you can send them an invite and your feedback request will be waiting for them when they register, without breaking your workflow.

Easily share feedback with your manager - Any survey that has responses can be shared via email and includes average rating per question, individual ratings per respondent as well as any comments they have added.

What was that feedback you got last August? We make it easy to track your past responses by showing all of your requests on a timeline, allowing you to easily find and share feedback relating to your current goals.
